Role Overview
As our Full Stack Developer, you’ll lead the development of our mobile app (for customers
and game tracking), maintain and improve our website, and provide general technical support for our team.
You'll work independently and collaboratively to create reliable, user-friendly digital solutions that
help Codex run smoothly both online and offline.

Background and experience

• Proficient in both frontend and backend web/app development (React, Flutter, Node.js, Firebase, thunkable, figma, etc.).
• Experience with REST APIs, mobile deployment, and responsive UI design.
• Familiar with Weebly or similar platforms for quick web updates.
• Comfortable with cloud tools (Firebase, AWS, Google Workspace) and basic automation scripting.
• Self-starter who can manage their own projects from start to finish.
• Strong problem-solver and tech troubleshooter.
• Communicates clearly with both tech-savvy and non-technical teammates.
• Enjoys supporting a small, fast-moving team and being a go-to person for digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of our customer-facing mobile app (React Native, Flutter, or equivalent).
• Test, debug, and deploy app updates across Android and iOS platforms.
• Regularly update and optimize the company website
• Maintain all integrations, troubleshoot issues, and improve speed/performance.
• Assist with landing pages, promo pop-ups, SEO updates, and analytics setup.
• Offer technical assistance to staff (devices, software, connectivity issues).
• Automate repetitive internal processes when possible (e.g. via Google Apps Script, Firebase, etc.).
• Ensure backups and minimal downtime of digital tools.
• Support deployment workflows and security best practices.
• Maintain internal tools and assist in syncing data between platforms (Google Sheets, Firebase, CMS, etc.).
