As a Digital Marketing & Creative Media Specialist, you’ll be involved in creating content, running social media campaigns,
and supporting the visual communication needs of the brand. This is a learning-focused role where you’ll gain hands-on experience
in real-world marketing, content production, and branding while being part of a fast-growing creative team.
Background and experience
- Fresh grad or university student with experience in Marketing, Media, Graphic Design, Communication, or a related field.
- Familiar with social media trends and platforms (especially Instagram and TikTok).
- Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Familiar with video editing apps and/or shooting content on a phone or camera.
- Creative, fun, and up to date with what’s trending.
- Strong communicator, both visually and verbally.
- Organized and eager to learn.
- Interested in entertainment, events, games, or storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and scheduling content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, email newsletter, google business and other platforms
- Help run and monitor social media ad campaigns.
- Track basic performance metrics and update content accordingly
- Support email newsletter creation and distribution.
- Design simple graphics using Canva or Adobe tools (posts, stories, flyers, logos...).
- Edit short videos for reels, stories, and promos (CapCut, Premiere, or similar).
- Assist during photo/video shoots at the branch, events and outdoor games.
- Write captions, short blog posts, and website updates.
- Track and maintain the websites SEO performance
- Maintain brand consistency across all content and visuals.
- Help brainstorm new campaign ideas, contests, and influencer collaborations.
