Role overview
The Game Master is the heart of the customer experience. You’ll be responsible for managing and operating escape rooms,
the trivia room, and the board games space. Additionally, you’ll coordinate and host various events held at the branch.
​You’ll ensure that all games run smoothly, customers have a blast, and the space is always ready for adventure.

Background & Experience

• Prior experience in customer service, event hosting, or game mastering is a plus.
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Energetic, friendly, and confident in leading groups.
• Quick thinker and excellent problem-solver.
• Passionate about games, puzzles, board games and creating memorable experiences.
• Organized and responsible, with strong time management skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a growth mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide the players through the escape room process and provide help when needed
• Reset and prepare escape rooms promptly between games.
• Ensure props, puzzles, and tech are functioning properly; report any issues.
• Assist clients in the board games with their needs, game recommendations, guidance and menu orders
• Maintain and organize the board games collection
• Host teams in the trivia room, and update the content as needed
• Assist the clients in their special events, birthdays, corporate events or any special occasions
• Host events in-house in collaboration with other team members
• Deliver exceptional service and create a fun, welcoming environment.
• Handle bookings, check-ins, and payments as needed.
• Maintain the running order and organization throughout the space.
• ​​Assist in the creation of social media content
