1. General PolicyAll bookings, reservations, event requests, and related services are subject to availability and confirmation.
By making a booking or reservation with Codex Adventures, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2. Escape Rooms and Regular BookingsFor escape rooms and standard bookings, cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking time.

4. No-Shows and Late ArrivalsIf you fail to attend a confirmed booking or arrive too late for the experience to begin on time, the booking may be considered a no-show.
No-shows and late arrivals are generally non-refundable.
5. Booking ChangesRequests to change the date, time, or details of a booking must be made as early as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate changes, but all changes are subject to availability and operational capacity.
6. Operational CancellationsIf Codex Adventures needs to cancel or reschedule a booking due to operational reasons, technical issues, staffing issues, safety concerns, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we may offer:

9. Third-Party PlatformsSome bookings may be managed through third-party tools or services such as Picktime or other platforms we use.
Where a third-party service is involved, the processing of refunds may also depend on that provider’s system or payment flow.

- cancellations made close to the event date may be charged partially or in full depending on preparation, staffing, and resources already committed
