All teams need to book their game in advance online. We do not accept phone bookings as our booking software automatically organizes booked sessions.
Our games are design for everyone to enjoy them, you can be between 15 and 115 years old. Anyone below 15 must have adults in the team.
All games are in English so that everyone understands everything. However, if you need to we can translate to other languages upon request.
We do not allow any food or drinks inside escape rooms for hygene and safety purposes, but you're free to pick any foods or drinks in our outdoor escape games.
People with disabilities are welcome to play all our games. You may inform us in advance to give you the best recommendations.

All our games are constantly being sanitized and staff instructed to take all precautions. More so we try to avoid overlapping groups while booking.

We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment in order to get briefed and start your game on time.
Teams can be between 2 and 10 players; however, we recommend teams of 4 to 6 players for the best experience.
We do not have any specific dress code, but we recommend wearing comfortable clothes to enjoy your time.
Pregnant women are welcome to play given they have their physicians consent. Note that outdoor escape games involve walking outdoors for 60 to 90 minutes
Claustrophobic people are welcome to play all our games, even closed escape rooms as you'll be immersed in the experience and forget about it. However, we do recommend you try outdoor escape games for a better experience.
Your furry friends are welcome to play with you in outdoor escape games, but we don't recommend pets in closed escape rooms.
Our fees for the escape rooms and outdoor escape games are currently at $10/player
