what are escape games and how to play them

Hey everyone, I am Mr. Codex and today I'll show you what escape games are and how to play them, so let's go!!

Escape games are brain teasing fun activities played with friends, family, coworkers even scout groups.
The concept is that you're given a mission to finish within a set time frame.
In order to do so, you'll have to search for clues and solve riddles to figure out how to accomplish your mission.
These games have a lot of variations; indoor v/s outdoor , with horror v/s no horror , with hints v/s no hints 30, 60 or even 90 minutes long.

Let's say you chose a 90 minutes long outdoor escape game and your mission is to stop an explosive device or assemble a time travel machine on time. First you'll check what you have in hand, then see if you have clues for the next step.
Every step you solve leads to the next, once you finish all the steps and gather all evidence to stop the device.

While playing, don't forget to pay attention to details, ask for hints when you feel stuck and be quick to finish you mission on time.
